Major Force means you are getting Perma-Warhorn, an ultimate that typically is only available in large groups and Raids. It's likely you didn't have Major Courage either for an extra 430 WD/SD Unless you are a NB using Mark or wearing Kinras you also get Major Berserk always on for an extra 10% you didn't have before. So the ring doesn't offer a great boost, if I compare it with malacath or pale order AND I lose my offhand weapon. Two of those"buffs" from the ring i can get with only one"rally" skill (+20% dmg, + stam reg). I've tested the ring and was very disappointed. To make it viable in PvE for me, it really would need a buff.
